UNABLE TO PRINT SHIPPING LABELS

Keep getting error messages, "Sorry can;t find a delivery service  for this order. Error getting quotes from server. Retry"...whats up?

Having the same problem.....frustrating when you got orders to ship..

I chatted with an eBay agent and her suggestion worked for me...open an incognito window, log in, and print labels from there.

Occasionally this will happen to me. What I do is then save the label as a PDF. When I go and open the PDF, the label prints with no issues. It's just a work around if you are in a hurry and being slowed down. Best of luck to you....
