I had a business Account on Ebay and I tried to change my personal Social Security number for my business EIN (itin #) but the system didn't allow me to do it and I called Customer Services around 45 days ago, they said it was a technical issue that they will fix it and call me back, they never called me and I called again around 2 weeks ago and the same unprofessional customer service said the same and said they will save the problem and nothing , no call, not problem solved yet. WHATS NEXT!!!! Close the account and move to another website ?
