Can't access excluded regions in shipping preferences. All I get is the "It's not you, it's us". Well, it's always you.

24 hours later I'm starting to wonder if it's their way of pushing international shipping.

I've already tried it on three different browsers and three different accounts. I tried incognito session, which does not have any saved data. I tried clearing cache, just for the heck of it. All it gave me was a login-slider-login-slider loop. It's been 48 hours.
