What is wrong with ebay today? 6-5-2020, The search has gone crazy. You try to search for items & it pulls up all kinds of things, can not get to what you want to buy. When will this be fixed? Does any one know a way around this problem??

Can you give an example of a search that is not working for you? Either a link to a search results page, or a description of the keywords, filters and sort you are using? Or a description of how the search is not working, or what you are seeing?

Hi, No matter what I search for it is showing many large arrows, then boxes with nothing in them, then in small squares there a sizes of clothing. It goes on  on. I am not able to find any pictures of any thing. I have never seen any thing like this. Do you think I need to contact ebay? I am a senior citizen female & do not know much about computers, but I do know ebay & I know something is wrong.  I was wanting to list some items today & can not do that either. Thank you For Any Help You Can Give Me.

I have heard of similar problems; most likely your browser has some old data saved that conflicts with whatever changes eBay has made recently. That sometimes happens and prevents some pages from loading properly, and it is generally easy to fix.

When you get to a page that is not loading properly like your search results page, try holding down the shift key and then refreshing the page, either by using the page refresh or reload button in your browser's address bar, or by using the F5 button on your keyboard if you are using a PC.

If that does not help or if the problem occurs on many different pages, let me know which browser you are using, and I will see if I can provide instructions for deleting your browser cache.
