Return reason doesn't match packing slip

After selecting a return reason of "Just didn't like it" for an item return, the generated Packing Slip produced "Ordered wrong item" as the reason.

That is odd and I'm not sure why that would happen.  But both reasons are considered buyer's remorse so it shouldn't matter what the packing slip says.
