Report a buyer tool not working properly

Trying to report a buyer for a sale from last month. So I switch the option to 30 days and search using the eBay item number. It shows numerous pages of results, but when I go to page 2, 3, 10, etc - they all show the same buyers/sales as the first page of results.

What are you "trying to report a buyer" for?

It's irrelevant, but the reason is because the customer visibly tampered with & damaged a product we sold them, then returned it and eBay forced a full refund. Anyhow, I found an alternate page under seller help where the option to report buyers is available so I was able to accomplish it that way.
