I updated the email on my eBay account, but the old email is still linked to the account. I am unable to create a new account using the old email. When attempting to log in with the old email, I receive an error message stating that the account does not exist or that there is an issue. If I try to log in with the Google account associated with the old email, I am prompted to enter a password. Please assist me with this issue.
