Is Anyone Else Not Able to Send Offers to their Watchers?

Hi, not sure why, but I am not able to send offers to my watchers on eligible items. When I go to my "Send Offers- Eligible" tab on my active items selling page and click on one of the items and fill out the requisite info and click on send nothing happens. Nor does anything happen when I click on the cancel button. Hum???!!!

yes i am having the same problem but I can't even get to the offer. It seems stuck.

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you use another browser?
