I'm having issues with my required ID verification process. I have an old buyer account and I just started selling with it. After my first successful sale, I got a notification in my seller dashboard about a required verification. It says I have to enter the ID of my local driver's license or passport. I don't have a passport so I entered my current valid Hungarian driver's license ID but for some reason, I can't submit the data. If I click on the submit button nothing happens, the page just reloads with the same fields. If I manually go back and click on the verification link again it says ebay is checking my submitted data. But after a day or two I see the same window again where I can enter the ID of my driver's license. Something is wrong here I think. The system is not accepting my driver's license, no matter what I do. Plus I think there should be an upload section where I could attach the photo of my driver's license but I'm not seeing that either.
I tried with two different browsers as well.
How can I resolve this issue?

Only use the Private DM or PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address, the email attached to your account, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.
