Watch out, even if your TIN is already on file you may get this warning:
Your payouts are on hold because we need your Tax Identification Number.
Ebay already has our TIN--it's on our 1099 from them last year, what did they mess up????
More concerned they "broke" something that will affect other parts of the site, they could look this up themselves from the PDF.
