Feedback not working for Multiple Purchases from a Buyer

Unable to leave feedbacks for  multiple purchases from one buyer on one order.

I can leave only 2 on 6+ purchases of one buyer.

And it still shows up under feedback.

This is on a computer .

Please fix it. This is the second day now.
