Endless ads for "get the app"

Everytime I'm navigating to a new page I get another popup ad at the bottom of the screen to download the eBay app, exact message is "Faster, Easier, eBay. Get the app" .

Can you please get rid of this? I'm using a desktop. I already have the stupid app. I don't need to be reminded every single click to get it. Thanks

Wow, all this time and no replies.

Now, it is a large popup that pretty much blocks the entire screen, telling me "SAVE $5 on the APP!". It has now been several months. I know where the useless app is, and I am capable of downloading and using it, if it wasn't horrible.

I wonder if anybody in all this time has figured out how to block it. I add the popup to my ad blocker, it works for a while, then is back again.

Well, there is one obvious way to get that ad to stop appearing:

Install the app and use the coupon. If you want, you can delete the app at that point.

I have not seen the ad again after doing that.
