EBAY REP TALKING BEFORE WE EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE AND SAY HELLO

WE HAVE NOTICED THAT WHEN WE ASK FOR HELP AND CONTACT THAT THE PHONE SOMETIMES DOESN'T EVEN RING BUT THE LIGHT ON THE PHONE DIAL LIGHTS UP , SO WE NOW HAVE TO HOLD THE PHONE IN HAND AND ANSWER BEFORE THEY DISCONNECT , WE GET THE MESSAGE      :   "

" END OF QUOTE FROM EBAY                                 WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL AS THE PHONE IS IN OUR HAND WITH MY THUMB ON THE GREEN ANSWER BUTTON , WE DIDN'T RECEIVE A VOICEMAIL AS STATED , THE PHONE ISN'T BUSY AS I AM THE ONLY ONE IN THE BUILDING ,  AND THE # WAS NOT DISCONNECTED OR WRONG ,                                      WE FEEL THAT EBAYS PHONE ANSWERING PROCEDURE IS TO BLAME  ,    JUST BEFORE ENTERING THIS MESSAGE I REQUESTED A CALL AND ONCE AGAIN THE REP WAS TALKING BEFORE I EVEN PICKED UP THE PHONE , I ONCE AGAIN ASKED THE REP WHO THEY WERE TALKING TO AND THEY SAID THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE  , I ASKED WAS IT A MAN OR WOMAN AND AND THEY SAID I WAS ME  AND THEN LET OUT A BIG SIGH , " AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" , BUT I HADN'T EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE YET , I ALSO TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR OVER 20 CALLS AGO WHO SAID SHE NOTICED THE SAME THING THAT THE REPS WERE TALKING TO SOMEONE WHO WASN'T EVEN THERE , I HAVE ASKED FOR OVER A YEAR NOW TO HAVE THIS FIXED BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ALONG WITH THE DOZENS OF SEVERE ISSUES WE HAVE NOTICED SINCE MANAGED PAYMENTS AND THE NEW SELLERS HUB WERE PUT INTO EFFECT , WE HAVE TO REQUEST SEVERAL CALLBACKS JUST TO GET ONE REP TO HELP , WE HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT THERE IS SOMETHING SEVERELY WRONG WITH THE SEARCH ENGINE AND THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR WHICH IS COSTING EVERYONE THE ABILITY TO BUY AND SELL ON EBAY , WE HAVE BEEN ON EBAY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE BEEN LOYAL USERS , BUT THE NEW PROGRAMS SEEM TO BE DEGRADING THE WEBSITE DRASTICALLY AS WE DO HAVE SEVERAL CONTACTS WORLD WIDE  THAT WE COMMUNICATE WITH AND THEY HAVE EITHER EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEMS OR JUST BEEN FED UP ENOUGH TO LEAVE EBAY AFTER 20 PLUS YEARS OF BEING EBAYS TOP SELLERS WITH SPOTLESS FEEDBACK AND REPUTATIONS , THE SYSTEM IS IN CARDIAC ARREST AND THE PROGRAMERS CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE ISSUES ON ONE PROGRAM BEFORE THE NEXT PROGRAM IS STARTED , I HAD ONE PROGRAMER TELL ME THAT THE SELLERS HUB SEVERELY AFFECTED HIS LAST 2 YEARS OF WORK ON THE MANAGED PAYMENT PROGRAM'S , AND THAT IN THE YEARS THEY WERE WITH EBAY , THAT "  I HAVE SEEN NO PROOF OF A TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT  EXISTS "  END OF QUOTE , WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH LISTINGS PROGRAM NOT ENTERING PICS OR TRYING TO USE THE RETURN PROCESS THAT WORKED FINE FOR OVER 20 YEARS , BUT FOR SOME REASON WHEN THE MANAGED PAYMENTS ROLLED OUT AND THEN THE SELLERS HUB WAS ALSO ADDED WE SAW A DRASTIC ABILITY TO DO WHAT WE HAVE BEEN DOING FOR OVER 20 YEARS ERASED AND EBAY HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO ANSWER OUR CONCERNS ANY MORE , SO GOOD LUCK TO ALL EBAY USERS AS WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANY IMPROVEMENTS GOING ON 3 YEARS NOW
