Cleared cache in my browser and lost Ebay data

I needed to clear my cache on computer and lost all eBay data (selling list and photos, past eBay purchases, favorite sellers, etc.)  Can this data be retrieved somehow?

Clearing your browser cache has no effect on your eBay account data.

You have signed in to a different eBay account. The eBay account you are posting with now was created on July 10th.

Sign out of this account, and sign back in to your selling account using your original eBay username and password.

Each account stands alone, so you will only see the information for that account when you are signed in, not shared between them. The information you need is not stored on your computer, it is on the host computer.
