Can't upload photos to Listings- Keep getting Internal Error Message

Can't list anything.  The image uploader is taking forever and then it gives an internal error message(SD009).  No way to contact customer support either because they don't open until 8am EST....

Everyone,  I've just completed my first listing for the day (after trying since morning), but had to upload the photos one by one (waiting until the 1st photo is 100% uploaded before uploading the 2nd), and it worked. Looks like they're fixing it. 

Also I've just printed a FedEx label, so it looks like that got fixed too, at least for me.

Now let's get to uploading photos to all those drafts created since morning

I can upload one by one and get a 80% success with them sticking. However I need to rotate and crop some images and once I hit save I get another error message. This has been the slowest day at work.

Seems to somewhat be working for me. Was able to upload 5 images at once, was also able to rotate/crop them. The last one gave me a error upon hitting save but deleting it and uploading it worked. A little slow up uploading and saving so I assume they are still working on it.

11/08/2019 I still cannot load photos Anyone know the trick to fix it?
