Can't send messages to buyer's or seller's on google chrome

As the title states I can't send messages to buyer's or sellers on google chrome but when I use firefox it works just fine and I already tried updating chrome and clearing the cache and that did not help.

Are you able to send messages using Chrome if you use an incognito browser window, or if you disable add-ons?

Yes I can actually if i go incognito but if I disable extensions in a normal window it still doesn't work

If incognito works, the problem might be related to your eBay cookies. Try manually deleting just your eBay cookies; no need to wipe out all cookies, just the individual ones associated with eBay. Then restart Chrome and sign in again, and see if you can send a message successfully.
