Can't leave a review

I've ordered a motherboard from ebay and in order to receive cashback from Asus I need to write a product review. Whenever I click on send, the page will ask me if I am sure that I want to leave this page. I need help plis

I would hazard a guess and say that you probably need to go to the ASUS website, register, and leave your review there. I doubt that they want you to leave the review on eBay. It also may be that eBay is not one of their eligible dealers.
