Can't Verify Info. Keeps looping when I try. Payments on hold.

On Sept 19th I received the message from ebay to verify my info by Oct 19th or payouts would be held.

I just received an email this morning that my payouts are NOW on hold until I verify.

So I went through the verification process and uploaded my drivers license.

Both pictures are clear, and a very small file size (under their 10mb limit).

-I've uploaded these 4 times this morning and I keep getting an "Action Required" email to do it again.

This is going to be a major problem if they continue to hold payouts...very frustrating.

Just thought I'd post here first to see if anyone else is having this problem but I'll contact support soon if I don't get notification that I'm verified.

On another note... why is ebay already withholding payouts when they said I have until the 19th of October?

Update: I  just got off chat and he seemed to think the problem may have been my shorter first name with my account details rather than my full first name on the drivers license. 

I updated ebay to show what my DL shows and resubmitted... no repeat email from ebay to upload again so hopefully this will work... and help someone else avoid having the same problem.

REVISED--> I just received the email to Verify again. But then when I click on the link it says "thanks for verifying", so who knows. Support said to give it a week or so to see if it went through.
