Can not add card to payment method on mobile browser

Hi! I can not add card to payment method on mobile browser. When i open the payment tab and click "add payment method" of click on "+". It not show the pop up. Please check it.

What browser? Latest version? Mobile, classic or desktop mode?

Adding a payment method seems to be working for me using Chrome (124.0.6367.179).

Try another browser or another browser mode.

I tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox on my iphone, Also try Mobile, classic and desktop mode

Are you able to use the app to add a payment method?

The app can not add the payment method. I think it's problem in IOS.

Are you able to add a new payment method directly during checkout?

Hi @alfir-47 , I just tested both Safari and Firefox on iOS (Sonoma 14.4.1) on a laptop and the pop-up appeared just fine.

Is it possible you have some sort of pop up blocker or browser extension enabled that could be interfering? If not, can you add at checkout as @eburtonlab suggested?

Thank you! My device is iphone and i have no problem when i add while checkout.  But when i come back at tab payment this card doesn't exist.
