Still looking for help with these two plates

I have two fish-shaped plates as shown.  The unglazed circular area on the back of each looks like redware.  One person told me these may be Delft faience but wasn't sure.  Does anyone recognize the mark on the back of these.  Thanks!

I think they might be arabic.
