The Vase stands 6 1/2" tall at the tallest point. Part of the stain in my pic looks black but actually it is Oxblood fading into ruby. A quality piece with clear glass applied legs.

Possibly one of the Stourbridge glass works (including S&W), but IMHO, more likely one of the Bohemian factories (that's going to be a tough id).
