Royal Daulton Balloon Man and Woman?

My research shows each of these figurines with the Royal Daulton logo and info on the bottom...not on these.  There is a scrolled "E" and the number 12 which I could not photograph clearly.  Are they still Daulton, an early version maybe?   Thanks so much in advance.IMG_6049.JPGIMG_6051.JPGIMG_6058.JPG

Sorry, but no, these are definitely NOT Royal Doulton figurines.

The Royal Doulton marks that the company used throughout their history are well documented, and easy to identify. Their pieces were copied, and I'm afraid that these are copies. The quality is not what it should be for Doulton pieces, either.
