Need assistance identifying covered dish please

Hello,

i have spent hours trying to identify the age and maker or any information on a covered dish with what looks like a warming stand with handles that hold the cover of the dish.  There are no identifying marks whatsoever.  The bottom of the dish has “oven proof” and that is all. 

I have searched EBay using an image and used Google Image search.  I have searched using key words with no results.  Any information would be appreciated!  Thank you

Always show a picture of the bottom, because what the bottom looks like is just as important as what a mark might say.
