Japanese tiny bowl- please translate mark & poem(?)

Can anyone translate the Japanese writing on this tiny 3" stoneware bowl? Any idea of age/region?

Would the gold repair on the interior lip be considered Kintsukuroi , "to repair with gold"?

Here is a better pic of the "Kintsukuroi , "to repair with gold" repair.  Also, it is a sake cup as the dia is 3"

Would really like to know what it says on it.
