Help with maker ID on glass vase

Does anyone recognize this vase?  It's white opaque glass, the top edge is ground.  The painting on it is excellent quality.  No marks anywhere that I can find.  It's about 7" tall (quarter in the picture for a size reference).  I'm guessing bohemian?  But a maker would be nice to know.  Thanks in advance!

the design is most likely german or bohemian ca. 1900.  the trouble is there were dozens of glass decorating studios in bohemia and it is usually impossible to say who made what or even who made the glass itself.
