Help with identifyiny a signature on a glass piece

Hello all!  I've got a glass piece with a signature of 'Bennett" on the bottom that I'm trying to find out more about.  There is a number Etched below it but I can't be 100% what it is.  Any information anyone has would be amazing or if they've seen the piece before.   Thank you so much in advance!  (Please see photos)

It looks like the year in which it was made:  "1970".
