Help Identifying Antique Blue and White Chinese Bowl

This is a beautiful blue and white oval/rectangle serving dish in blue and white with Asian design.  Heavy with honeycomb style bands on the outside and inside and incorporated into the scene along the boarder.  The bottom is marked with potter lines and has an old blue faded stamp which is illegible and an import stamp for Tyndale & Mitchell Philadelphia PA.  Additionally there are some incised markings that look like an 'M' with maybe an '8' and something else.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like old blue willow to me; not made in China - but obviously in the US with oriental theme. I have a couple of the bowls.

Item's pattern resembles Copeland Spode's Queen Charlotte (also referred to as New Bridge).

Tyndale & Mitchell of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, were importers of ceramics and glasswork (circa mid to late 1800s).

Just noticed that this thread is from 2017.
