Help Id Lead Crystal Stemware Cut Design, Vintage English?

I purchased a service of this crystal stemware and haven’t been able to identify the maker.

I went through my old Crystal Stemware Identification Guide (Replacements, Ltd.) from 1997 hoping to at least find a match for the stem / blank, but no luck.  Granted, they've added a kazillion makers and patterns since then.

Appears / sounds to be lead crystal. The cutting is well done (sorry the pics don’t capture the bowl pattern very well).

I was thinking one of the English makers? TIA for any tips, maybe I’ll get really lucky and one of you brainiacs will recognize the blank.

The stem is different, but I didn't find it, either.
