Glass - Help w Boston Sandwich 3-mold decanter please

Hi Folks!

Blown three mold glass, in style of Boston & Sandwich.
Is this a decanter? No internal neck indications of ever having a stopper.
Light glow under black light.
Small size, 4.5”, rough pontil, signed (scratched by hand) “G.V.” or “D.V.”(script, capital letters) and “80”.

A child’s decanter? A museum repro?

Base has some age.
1880 or 1980?

Vintage blown glass bottle.
Label from the Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village.
Clear pressed glass with a pontil mark on the bottom.
Etched "98" on the bottom.
Measures 4 5/8" tall, 1 3/4" diameter.
