EAPG Tray Identification Help

Any help identifying this cute little tray is greatly appreciated! I feels cut, not pressed, as the edges are sharp. No markings that I can find.

Try Russian Diamond by McKee. It is pressed glass, but McKee did a lot of patterns that feel cut. Made circa 1886.
