Anyone Confirm this Art Glass Vase as Loetz or Rindskopf? PLEASE HELP I'M STUCK!

This Vase stands 12 1/4" tall, it almost looks like a "spider in a web" is overlaid in gold on the sides. No one has been able to identify this maker, TYIA

definitely not Loetz.  is the yellow bowl part of it?  if so I don't think it is any of the early 20th century bohemian markers

Definitely early 20th century Bohemian, not Loetz.   Rindskopf loved this bulbous top with tri-foil crimped rim.  Couldn't find the exact form but VERY similar, and I've had numerous with an almost identical decor, so I'd feel 90% sure of that attribution.
