How to get your first sale in less than a week

Depends on what you're selling and how competitive your prices are.  If you are selling items that are popular or in demand,   you could possibly get a sale with in the week, but there are no guarantees.  It also depends on your listing and how it's composed and described, your photos you take,  the time frame you choose to ship, the cost, your customer service you provide, communication with the buyer, etc.  It's all up to you.

Since you're  drop shipping, it's unlikely that a lot of what I mentioned applies.  You don't have those items in your hand and the person who handles your order could very well make a mistake and you would have a very unhappy customer (s).  You only have control over the sale.  After that it's up to the person you are drop shipping with.  The outcome could end up  bad, as drop shipping is a risky business platform and seldom goes well with most.  Especially new sellers.

Tibetan silver is NOT silver.  In most cases it's low grade metal. I doubt you'll get the $100 you're asking for.

You need to post sizes of those bracelets. What may fit a girl, will not fit a man or woman. 
Take good measurements. 
Also don’t count your chickens here. 
All new sellers have their payouts held for up to 30 days to prove they are good sellers, ship on time etc.. 
So you may sell in a week, but you won’t see your money for about 14 - 30 days. If you’re not signed up for managed payments that will hold things up to.

Are those bracelets stamped silver and .80 pure? That is what your items specifics claim.

You need to describe the items accurately and price them appropriately.

You have to put the accurate location where your items are located. You can't put a fake, made-up location.
