Item bought and e-bay notifiewd that I suspected phoney seller

when chatting with e-bayy was asked to give them a chance.  Dumb move on my part. Now I cannot get to place I was asked to wait by e-bay.

All you have to do is look at the last estimated arrive by date, one day past that open an Item not received. It is all automated, so there is no need to contact eBay. go to My eBay, open purchases, on the right side you will see more actions. Opening that you will see item not received. Follow the steps.

You cannot open a case before the estimated delivery date.

Where exactly were you able to chat with an eBay CS?

ETA:  On reading the recent feedback you left, looks like your issue was with a recent purchase.

Received an item that's not as described? Open an item not as described case.

Did not receive it? If it's overdue by at least a day, but less than 30, open an item not received case.
