Buyer misread the description and has backed out a Buy It Now transaction

How can I defer listing fee's to the buyer for the listing/ relist or avoid those charges all together?

Has the buyer paid? If so, cancel the oder and select, buyer canceled.  You get back all but $.30

Sorry- I left out a few key details.  This is an eBay Motors transaction, and the buyer has now decided to complete the transaction so I *think* this will all play out okay.  Just need to undo the re-listing which may have resulted in additional fee's?

You can try calling and getting a call back to see if they will cancel the listing and refund fees.
