description field erases but to preset

in last week a prefilled description has been given, fine.

but when I erase it, do my own painstakingly slow... mine is erased , prefilled is added back. (the substitution is happening when I exit out of description section )most of the time. its excruciating.

BUG. it started at some time as prefilled description. (android listing on app). please help thank you

Personally experiencing the same issue. Fill out description and deletes everything when returning to editing item categories.

Also responded to another post similar with the shipping fields.

yes I can't believe this behemoth can't fix this quicker. I've just tried 4 more times, one stuck and I cang figure out what made one work.

I'll have to do photos on ph then switch to laptop to finish?! ugh

I've been having the same issues and have decided to copy what I've written before I close description out. As usual it reverts back and I reopen it and delete and paste. It works fine that way in that it stays the second time. It just took me a few new listings to do that. It's inconvenient but at least I am able to copy and paste.

In dealing with this huge problem! I have found that when it deletes everything I just did, if I save as draft, sometimes the information I entered returns to the draft.

Go figure?

It doesn't always work, but has saved me some extra time.
