Why on earth does the Postage type disappear?

So in work I use the ios app to tick off items being dispatched, I often tick the item as 'dispatched' while in the process of packing the item. The type of postage required wether it be 1st or 2nd class disapears once the item has been marked as dispatched, I cannot go back and reference what stamp i'm supposed to use. 

Note* I have to tick the item off as dispatched early because the app freezes while marking it off as dispatched. Doing this process after the item has been packed causes delays.  

It's so anoying.

I have included two edited pictures. One before you click 'Marked As Dispatched' and one right after you have clicked 'Marked As Dispatched' 

The 'Delivery service' disapears. There is no reason for this as it is vital information before and AFTER the item has been marked as dispatched.
