REFUND ISSUES - EBay do not resolve

I opened a request in order to force the seller to refund me, because I did not receive the item and according to tracking number the item has returned to seller (there’s no sense!).

The associated page about this case is asking me to confirm the refund, but the seller is a liar and I did not receive money back through PayPal... Why does not Ebay ask for real evidence? Just a seller’s comment is enough?? eBay must add buttons to click yes or no about refunding... it’s the basic!!! 

I’ve more than 100 business successfully as buyer and it seems I will cancel my EBay account after this loss... unfortunately! 

In addition, I didn’t find other way to share this issue with EBay... It’s crazy! International buyers, take care about it!!!!
