New Iphone 11 and IOS 13.1 cant change font size

I just got a iphone 11 pro max and updated it to the new ios 13.1 and for some reason I can not change the font size in my Ebay app. Ive tried everything. The fonts are so small I cant type and see what Im typing

Any update on this? The font size is tiny on iOS app compared to android. Surely it can’t be hard to support dynamic type and give users the choice of font they want to use. Or even add option in settings to change size.

This is laughably bad. Whether you set 50% or 100% text size in Safari on iPadOS, the site completely ignores it and the text stays SUPER HUGE AND VERY ANNOYING TO GET ANYTHING DONE. 

Unbelievable. Every other site on the web sorted this issue out MONTHS AGO. But here we are yet again with Ebay technical failing to understand the most basic principles of web development. Truly embarrassing.

FYI, this happens on most sections of My Ebay, but not all. 

e.g. the size of text on "Summary" and "Purchase history" is MASSIVE (and cannot be reduced), while the "Watching" section can be reduced — using the "AA" button fails, as does "cmd+minus" keyboard shortcut.

Agreed  my mam has just spent £1,000 on the 12.9 Pro because she is visually impaired but is going to have to use her old android for ebay.

Just switched to iPhone after being an android phone user for 20 years.
I am having the same problem with the Ebay app.
The entire site is so small that the text is nearly impossible to read.
I checked on my old Motorola android phone and Ebay looks quite normal and everything is easily readable.
I cannot believe this problem still persists for IOS users.

Contacted Apple and they blame Ebay app designers.
Contacted Ebay and they blame it on Apple software issues.
Frustrating.

We got told in 2019 then 2020 that dynamic type supporting was coming for ios Ebay app and still nothing has changed.

The font size is tiny on ios app compared to android app.

Any update when dynamic type support will added to be app. Really poor that in 2021 Ebay have still not added this option. Give users the choice of the font size they want to use like other apps.

Nearly 3 years have passed since ebay mods and staff said dynamic type support is coming to ebay ios app and still nothing. 

Think it's about time you hired new app developers to sort this out.  Apple have made it so easy now for apps to support dynamic type. There is no excuse for not doing this. One tiny size of font does not work for everyone. 😞
