After Update, App is not responding

After an update this week, my eBay is not responding. I tried cell and wi-fi.  I tried Google. I tried clicking on buttons in emails to get in. Nothing. Meanwhile, sellers are going unpaid and sellers are going without their feedback. I can’t believe this forum is eBay’s solution to this type of problem. To whomever programmed the update, you appear to be incompetent.

Thanks for reporting this. Could you try uninstalling the app, restarting your device and then reinstall the app. 

 

If you have items to pay for and the app is still not working you can visit ebay.com in your phone browser or desktop.

 

There is also a method to report technical issues in the app by shaking or going into settings. Reporting this issue here works as well.

Your sellers don’t need to go unpaid for items you purchased.

While your app issue is being looked at, you can do all things eBay in your devices browser including paying for your items.
