Any info on these medals (i.e. what they're called) and value would be most appreciated. I believe they are period WWII medals, from a US paratrooper. Not sure which branch of the military. Attaching photos of front and back. (One is a Good Conduct medal, that much I can tell!). Thank you!

Army Good Conduct, The criteria were amended by Executive Order 9323,
dated 31 March 1943, to authorize the award for candidates having three years of service
after 7 December 1941 or one year of service while the United States is at war.

Took my pops Purple Heart an pinned it on him after da funeral, da rest of his medals went in his pocket.
Probably why I collect now
