Dear community!
I had openned a case against a seller who has not sent me an item 15 days after I paid him.
eBay customer service has closed a case in my favor, and told me:
We've initiated a refund of AU $ 9.99 back to the PayPal funding source that you used to purchase the item. Please allow 48 hours for the refund to process.
I didn't had an paypal acount. So I made one and linked it to my ebay acount.
Refound has not yet been paid and it has passed 48 hours.
And on same day the case has been closed I hawe an unpaid item in my summary. Needles to say it is that same item wich had ben retracted from sale in the meantime.
So, I haven't got my money back for the item that has been paid and never sent, and still I need to pay this item once more.
What to do?
I don't know who to contact.
