Shipping - Stereo Sold (Ad Stated Shipping On Buyer & Local Pickup) - What To Do?

Please help. Someone purchased my Stereo. I am happy she did. She lives in NYC. I told her thanks, and i see that she paid me the price. However, now, it says like Shipping Label. What do I do? I do not want to pay for shipping. I wrote that in my Ad. Do I simply take it to the Post Office, & ask them to package it, and then put the label on it, and the label will be paid for by her when she gets it? Please help explain to me... I am so new to this. I am clueless... OR... Do I need to find out what it cost to ship the item, & then ask her for more money to covrer the Shipping? I clearly indicated that the Buyer is to pay for shipping or they can pick it up themselves... I do not handle shipping...
