Returning an item

Few days ago I porchased A Camera  lens from Someone , (Tamron AF 18-200mm MACRO Lens For Nikon With Mountainsmith Small Lens Case) after I recieved I test it immidatly and found it Defective AF on this Lens is not working I asked for return Ebay gave me a Case # 5083491492

I dont know how can i return this item to seller, I asked seller she/He said you already open a case with ebay and i cant help you.\

Please read my case and let me know how i can return this item , No Address no Label no nothing is provided
