Hi, before I post my item I was wondering what is the best way to ship larger and heavier items on ebay? I want to sell my nespresso machine. Dimensions: 12.6" wide x 15.2" deep x 11.9 high. It weighs 15 pounds. I do not do global shipping. Where can I get boxes big enough for this item? Does USPS sell boxes big enough? Also, is there a specific scale that is used to measure items or can my regular everyday scale be used? I have never sold anything this big or heavy so I just want to make sure I know how to ship it before I list it. Thanks in advance!
That would not be a problem shipping USPS. Just box it up securely and weigh the entire package before listing to make sure the weights and measurements are correct; and use the calculated shipping option.
In the past I would have recommended using either FedEx or UPS, but their rates on the site are so far off you could easily wind up paying twice what is shown on the charts.
