Handling inappropriate behavior

So, I'm behing harassed by a seller who lost a return dispute.  He/she is threatening me.  How can I make sure ebay sees these threats and deals with this inappropriate behavior?

eBay stopped getting involved with member's email threats awhile back. The best thing to do is to just stop responding to them. If the threats are dangerous, report them to your local police department.
