Can't open an unpaid item case.

I sold an item on the 21st, recieved the payment and shipped it. However afterwards I recieved an email from paypal telling me the payment was refunded. I looked back at the email I used for paypal payments and it turned out I had used my gmail instead of my hotmail. Well I got my emails all sorted out and sent an invoice and a message to the buyer but haven't recieved a reply. I tried opening an unpaid item case but eBay won't let me telling me the payment was refunded on the 21st. Should I contact eBay directly or is there something I can do about this?

Ebay will show no interest.

You must deal with your issues, alone and savvy.

Call paypal and ask for help.

Paypal reps are so much better than any ebay reps.
