New Markdown Manager

Is anyone else having problems with the new markdown manager. None of the items I've selected for a percentage off discount are showing up. They are key Halloween items and time sensitive. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service yesterday and finally was told it's a glitch, yet it's not showing up as an area of concern on the status board. Any ideas? I appreciate any help given. Thank you, Stacie
