Need help with maker’s mark

Does anyone recognize the markings on this bracelet?  I see the M Italy, but can’t make out the other mark.

With my limited knowledge, I believe the flip side 1 A R means it was produced in Arezzo, Italy.

Hopefully someone else can help with the M hallmark.
