ID Newer Bracelet 31C?

Good Evening to all!

I acquired a large estate lot of newer costume jewelry.   This bracelet stuck out to me as it is not junk.  It’s well made and seems to be heavily gold plated with  CZ’s.   I usually deal in vintage and antique jewelry but could not pass up on this great lot of newer items.    It is marked 31C and has “Judy & Thomas” engraved inside.

Lovely faux sapphire and diamond bracelet.  This company, from what I see designs vintage pieces like charm bracelets and cuffs. Here's a hangtag to view:

I don't believe it's as old of company as 1928 but similar in style.

    I have no idea who the inscription is. ...Silver

 I have the exact same bracelet different color stones and the names inside are Verna and bobby.
