Is the piece vintage or contemporary?
We'd have a better idea if we could see the piece itself.

It's contemporary. I usually sell vintage so I'm not too familiar with the newer marks. It's a very pretty pair of earrings

I only asked because there was a mark like that back in the 1930's.
The only contemporary one I can think of with HH would be nicole richie's House of Harlow line but that's a different mark altogether.

I'm getting Army Air Corps. Some type of pin or button even. The Air corps was active from 1926 until 1942.
